CHANGE
Prior to my real estate career, I had jobs in which
administrative blockages were all in a day's work. It was frustrating to
see so little of what needed to get done actually ever get done. I went to
meetings about meetings… I was once
rewarded with a two-week vacation package, instead of a raise, but I was then
denied the time off to enjoy it. Now that I'm essentially in command of my real
estate business, and if I discover a need for improvement, I can
adjust immediately for the benefit of my clients. In 1994, a REALTOR typed their real estate purchase and sale agreements on a typewriter. Today, I fill in the purchase agreement and sign it digitally, having never touched a piece of paper. As a Realtor® I am free
to pursue CHANGE with abandon. I love that freedom and the responsibility
that comes with it.
